Please read the policies/requirements below prior to booking your event.

• The Blumfield Township Community Center is a NON-SMOKING facility.

• The Maximum capacity of the hall is 125 people.

• No decorations are allowed on the walls or ceiling. Only masking tape may be adhered to the tables and must be completely removed.

• The Hall must be cleaned, swept, and vacated by midnight.

• All tables and chairs are to be cleaned and placed on the carts back in the storage room; following the pictures on the inside of the storage room door.

• All pitchers used must be washed. Any missing pitcher will be charged an additional $10.00ea.

• All trash, inside and out, must be picked up and placed in the garbage dumpster outside.

• All doors and windows must be locked at the end of the night.

• Items above that are not fulfilled will result in loss of damage deposit.

• All damage, in excess of the damage deposit, are the responsibility of the person signing this contract.
