Please read the policies/requirements below prior to booking your event.
The Blumfield Township Community Center is a NON-SMOKING facility.
The Maximum capacity of the hall is 125 people.
No decorations are allowed on the walls or ceiling. Only masking tape may be adhered to the tables and must be completely removed.
The Hall must be cleaned, swept, and vacated by midnight.
All tables and chairs are to be cleaned and placed on the carts back in the storage room; following the pictures on the inside of the storage room door.
All pitchers used must be washed. Any missing pitcher will be charged an additional $10.00ea.
All trash, inside and out, must be picked up and placed in the garbage dumpster outside.
All doors and windows must be locked at the end of the night.
Items above that are not fulfilled will result in loss of damage deposit.
All damage, in excess of the damage deposit, are the responsibility of the person signing this contract.
