PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: the Blumfield Township Planning Commission will be
reviewing a special use permit on April 7th, 2025 (7:00pm) at the
Blumfield Township Offices, 1175 W. Vassar, Rd, Reese, MI. 48757.

The special use permit is for a "high-end short-term rental" (Airbnb) at 9875
Beech Tree Ln, Frankenmuth (Tax ID 06-12-6-33-1110-000).

868-9512. Written and/or oral comments will also be received at the
above-named location or by sending to Blumfield Township Offices at the
address above through the date of the hearing.

Blumfield Township will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services to any
individuals planning to attend this public meeting. Persons interested in
such services need to contact the township offices at the above-mentioned
address and/or phone number at least five working days prior to the
meeting.
